I am having a problem with Etsy today with listing an item. It wont let me choose the option physical item with core details. Also there is no posibility to save the listing as a draft so I also lost All the sections I put in. This is very annoying as it seems the e-mail help section is being answered by an AI automated system that doesnt answer your problem.
ps: I was not using the app but a browser on my phone and also tried with my laptop; same issue appears
