I've noticed for months now that when I go to my own shop and search for a listing that nothing shows up. I know the listing is there, and I've been using this feature for years with no issues. It sometimes works with older products but nothing I've listing in the last 12+ months or so will show up when I search my own shop for that product no matter what I type in. As I said, I have previously used this feature for years to assist customer in finding things with zero issues until recently.
I'm having to go into individual categories and scroll through the pages to find things. With 1400 items, that can be many, many pages. And if I'm giving several product recommendations to a customer, this can be tedious.
I know it's not just me because my business partner is having the same issue. We search for a product to send the link to a customer and nothing comes up when we look for the listing even though we know it's there and active in the shop.
Is anyone else having this issue?
