Scan form wont open on any browser

I am unable to print or even open the scan form. I went to Microsoft Edge browser and it said the orders were already part of a scan form. HUGE issue as its a lot of orders

Do you have a pop up blocker on browser could be the problem. maybe try Google. I dont use Edge we have never gotten along well from the start. I use Opera I have never had problems, backup with Google.

I appreciate that but I do not use Google if at all possible.  It isn't a pop up blocker because the labels and packing slips came up perfectly
