Scan Form Printout Not Available

Scan Form is not showing up for printing. Could someone please look into it?

We are just other sellers here in the forum, are you trying to print a scan sheet for orders shipping today or for tomorrow? I only ask because last night I tried to print my scan form for orders shipping today and it would not generate one. This morning it did work. Also if you're on a PC try another browser.

Thank You. I was trying to see if an administrator or someone would read this since Etsy is not easy to get a hold of. If it’s still not available I will try that. Thanks again for the suggestion.

It has to be for that day's ship. Can't print ahead. If for today's, check the shipping labels purchased page. I think you can print one from there.

Thanks Nothing is highlighted. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had problems with the scan form. It’s been a going issue on and off.

Why is it that scan forms suddenly cannot be printed the day before the actual ship date? This wasn't the case until these last several weeks. I have been on Etsy for a long time so I know that this is new. It makes it very inconvenient to have to go back to print out the scan form the day after I have already printed out my labels. It doesn't make sense if I can choose a ship date to print the labels. So, in order to generate a scan form, I have to choose today as a ship date, even though I won't be shipping until tomorrow?

I just came here to figure this out. I too have been on Etsy since 2012. Scan forms have always been able to be printed ahead of time. I have not been able to print a form for weeks now. Makes no sense. I thought I missed an announcement or something.
