Hi

I just got about 5 messages from different accounts with a photo saying I need to take additional steps to verify my shop. I'm assuming it's a scam/spam of some sort and I should just ignore. Can anyone confirm this?

Total scam. Mark the messages as spam. Don't click on any links.

@SassyPawsStudio

If Etsy wanted Financial/set up info from you it will be on both your Finance page and in a message in the "from etsy" section of your convos. If not there-- it is not from Etsy. Only Etsy itself can post to the "from Etsy" section in your Convos.

Mark those messages as SPAM and do not respond to them.
