I have had a message from "Etsy Support" and wondered if it was a scam?
Here's what it says. It asks me to follow a link also. What do we think?

Scam. There is now a section in messages called "from Etsy" - all legit messages from Etsy Staff should show there. If not, send it to spam.
Scam!!! Mark as spam and do not reply
Messages from etsy will be in your "From Etsy" folder in messages. Any not there are
is the message in teh 'from Etsy' folder in your mailbox?
If you are not sure, contact Etsy, they can tell you if it's legit or not.

Beware! I just received a message from "Etsy" saying that my shop wasn't able to receive new orders and brought to a site where I was asked to enter my credit card details to unlock it. Beware!
Etsy needs to roll out an anti spam filter
