Buongiorno mi serve un supporto tecnico per sbloccare i miei metodi di pagamento ?
@TatianaCrochetDesign If you received a message from someone claiming.to be "etsy help", "etsy support" or similar, asking you to click a link or scan a qr code to verify, it's a scam. The scammers target new shops and many have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars.
As soon as I upload a new product to my store, they immediately send me a message.
@UniqueByGurkan: Were the messages in the "From Etsy" section on your Messages page when checking messages using a browser? If not, they are a SCAM.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats (at last report you cannot do that using the seller app only a browser, even your mobile browser, or the buyer app).
No. This sounds like a scam attempt.
Yes, as you said, there was no etsy sign. I marked it as spam too @BagmakerSupply
