Same shirt different sizes - already in cart

I am new to Etsy and I have my Etsy linked to printify. The issue I’m having is when someone tries to order the same shirt in different sizes, it says already in cart and will only let them choose one shirt. The options are in the drop downs, but it doesn’t show an add to cart button. Just says already in cart even though it’s a different size.

thanks! I did all of that, but for some reason it’s not letting me choose a different size for the same shirt. I can select it, but it doesn’t allow me to add to cart!

I tried it. I first added an XS to my cart. Then went back to the same shirt and added a Medium. Both sizes are in my cart ready to purchase.

You tried it on mine? If so, thanks so much for testing it out. It’s the orange shirt that I’m having the problem with.

@AshwoodPrintCo  I tried it on the orange Halloween shirt and it was just fine. Remember that you can't buy from your own shop.

I just added XS orange shirt to my cart and then went back and chose M orange shirt.  I do see what you mean that it says already in cart, but when I checked my cart both XS and M shirts were in my cart ready to be purchased.

Thank you!! I did check the website for trademark sayings, but I didn’t think to check that! Is there a cheat sheet of common trademarked words for kids clothing?

@AshwoodPrintCo I would suggest to read Seller Handbook and Shop Critiques forum section. You'll find detailed and very helpful information on how to finish your shop and improve your listings. Tons of great tips.
