I recently had a customer make two single quantity orders instead of 1 order with multiple quantities. They both went to the same address and so I combined (per her request) the orders and shipped them with one shipment label. I then added the tracking number to the second order, but star seller is flagging that second order as not shipped on time. I am new to Etsy so I am still learning how to navigate all this. You do have to manually enter the tracking number for the 2nd item if you bought shipping label through Etsy.
Edited to add that I missed that you had added tracking number to 2nd order. It should show as shipped soon, and star seller number should change to reflect that.

We've double-checked both of your Star Seller dashboards, and we can confirm that you're at 100% for the On-Time shipping. Please know that when you’re shipping two or more orders to the same person in one package, you'll need to add the tracking number for the package to each order. Also, make sure to mark all orders from that buyer complete on the same day. It may take about 24 hours after the order has been marked as shipped for the On-Time score to update.

@Inquebakes: Are you basing this on the information in the CSV file? As long as you marked both orders as completed on time and with the correct shipping company and tracking number on both orders it should be fine - we ship multiple orders as a single shipment all the time with no issues. Sometimes it takes a day or two after the package has been scanned for the CSV file to correctly show tracking and shipment status.

I had the same problem with Star seller and coping and pasting the tracking, but it was showing it shipped and gave the same information in the tracking line by line. But I re-entered it again manually and I will see what happens. But how does the bots not picking it up if it shows all information as the original 1st order that I purchased tracking with. This is really weird.

This happens to me. I enter same tracking number into both orders and the second is always flagged in star seller. Go to the orders and both have tracking number. So who knows!

Ok thank you. I went back and hand put in tracking and it changed with in minutes
