I just got an order for 3 items, my order count has gone up by 1 which is right, but the number of sales has only gone by 1, despite selling 3 items. I noticed this yesterday & thought it was maybe a technical error, but it’s the same today.
The order today was for 3 of the same items, the order yesterday was for 2 different, so it doesn’t make a difference what people buy.
I know it doesn’t really make a difference to anything, but I’m so close to 900 sales & feel a little bit cheated!

Re: Sales number glitch?
We’re the 3 items the same? If you sold a blue, widget a green one, and a purple one, then it would be 3, but if you sold 3 purple widgets, it only counts as one.

Re: Sales number glitch?
If the items were from 2 different listings then it should have counted as 1 order, 2 sales. It's always worked that way for me.

Re: Sales number glitch?
I've had the same question ...
Seems like if someone buys multiples of the exact same item, it counts as 1. And I'm fine with that because the relisting fee counts as 1 too.
And if someone buys different variations within a listing, each count as 1.
And of course if they buy different listings or from different listings, that counts as 1 each.

Re: Sales number glitch?
I have been wondering the same thing. My sales says 505 but when I add up all the items on my csv forms it says 542 items. It used to count every item.
