Sales not showing in stats

Stats dashboard says 0 sales $0 revenue but I see people buying as of 20 minutes ago in activity feed. Anyone else have this glitch?

I need 5 sales to be a star seller… but 15 of my sales are all “pending”. Why? They were all sent, received, and most people left me 5 star reviews. Why are they not being calculated instead just being put on hold

@ERATELLO  Because you need to have been on etsy for 90 days from the date of your first sale to be eligible for star seller.

Same. Got a sale this am. It's not showing in the shop manager although it is in the orders & shipping.

Having the same issue if I view the Dashboard, but the Dashboard also says "Jan 1 2022". I can see our sales totals for today if I go to Stats and view Dec 31. If I recall, something like this happens every year during the new year transition.

Yes, I am having the same issue. I contacted support who states they have a dedicated team looking into it.

Same for me today and I just assumed it was an "end of year" thing!

Yes, same thing just happened to me.  I have gotten a sale in the last hour, but Dashboard still show 0 sales and 0 money for it.  The sale shows up in my orders too.

dashboard says 0 sales 0 revenue but I'm getting sales notifications in my email and I can see the sales under orders & shipping

In the last 15 years, this has happened to me EVERY year. It shows up at some point, but just in case I take screenshots throughout the day.

I have the same issue, 3 orders but still shows as zero and the weird Jan 1st 2022 date

Same here, and it shows the date as Jan 1st. Happened last year too if I recall correctly. Everything shows in my payment account, so I just check that. But it is annoying lol.

It's Etsys way of wishing us "Happy New Year". It is usually corrected by the 1st. Seems like they should have figured it out by now, but hey....its Etsy!
