I've only had 3 sales to date, yet my sales stats show 2! This has never been adjusted by Etsy and I cannot understand why. The 3rd sale in question never received any feedback or interaction from my buyer. I had confirmation it was delivered and the item appears as 'Sold Out' in my listings history. While I may only have 3 sales, it doesn't do my shop any favours to state I have only 2! It seems impossible to contact Customer Support directly. Any advice would be gratefully received!
