Sales Numbers Not Calculating

I noticed that through the month of May, my shop's sales (both transactions and total dollars sold) were not calculating in my star seller progress menu. This was a great disappointment because it was the first review period that the shop would have been qualified for star seller status.
Now that we're into June, I'm noticing again that both transaction and total dollars in sales is not calculating on my star seller dashboard. 
Our reviews are 100% five star, we have a 100% message response rate, and all of our shipments are processed and shipped on time. 
Is anybody else having this problem?

I have 16 sales and my dash is only showing 4. Not only do I have 16 sales I have 5 reviews for different purchases but the dash is only showing 4 and the rest pending. I have tried to get answers from Etsy but have gotten nothing useful

@KalisCards Your shop shows 18 sales.  If you have several that are "Pending" that means the payments has not been approved yet.  Don't ship until the orders show in your NEW tab .

All my payments have processed and I have received all funds with no problems or returns. So agin it doesn’t make sense

Were all of the sales made within the current review period May 1–July 31, 2022? If yes, we have noticed that sometimes the numbers don't calculate until month end. You can download the shipping and tracking file from your Star Seller page to see which orders Etsy is counting.

It has been I. The last 90 days and I feel like Etsy is doing something to not let me gain star seller status even though I clearly do. I am very frustrate at all of this.

Hey There,

For the star seller program, the review only begins 90 days after their first sale not based on the date the shop was opened. If your first sale is still not 90 days old you will see your star seller scores but you will not get the badges or you'll see pending. You can check your sales to see the date of your first sale.
