Sale refunded due to location but still says 2 days overdue for posting

Hi everyone…. Had to refund a customer due to their location  and even though it’s all been completed it’s not cleared of my “ sales “ and it’s saying 2 days overdue for dispatch… It seems a glitch on the system so how can you clear this etc so that it doesn’t say “ you have one sale “ still.

Have you also cancelled order? Refunding doesn't cancel the order.

ahhhh Brilliant just found it now and cancelled !...I'm pretty new to etsy and this was the first time iv'e had to cancel an order.... Thank you so much for your help its very much appreciated indeed
