I have my entire shop on sale for 20% off. When I do a search, and find my items in my search results, it doesn't show the sale price unless you click on the listing. It just looks as if it was a normal listing- not on sale. Also even on my shop home page only about half the listings show the sale price and the other just look normal. I started a sale a few days ago and this was the case even today. So I ended the sale and made a new one to see if it would fix- same thing happened. I've logged out and searched my items and also searched them on other peoples phones to see if it was just me, but its the same no matter where. Anyone else notice this happening?
@TopOfThePassJewelry: A quick search of this forum shows quite a few recent threads about your exact issue. Best workaround right now is to "edit" (even if you make no changes) and "save" your sale. That seems to propagate the sale to pages like your shop home page in many cases.
Same problem here.
Same issue. I had to go into every single listing on sale, make a minor edit, and resave. Then they were shown on sale. I've reported my issues to Etsy and have not heard back
Same issue
You actually don’t have to technically edit anything. Just go back into the sale, click the “edit listings” button, then hit save. This is currently the only thing that fixes the problem.
Etsy Support have been aware of this issue for over a year. I’ve provided them with info and screenshots of this glitch, but they currently aren’t even responding to emails when the chat support team elevates the issue to their specialists.
