@otherworlds There are two glitches you may be experiencing. For the one that's been going on for weeks with sale prices not showing, as you described - the fix was to deactivate everything, then reactivate to get them to show correctly.
Unfortunately, we have a current ongoing glitch where we are unable to deactivate listings in bulk. The Listings Manager page seems to be the issue, but clicking on a single listing in edit mode, allows for most options.
If you want to test it out on one listing - view your shop, then click on a listing that doesn't have the sale price showing - above the picture (on pc/laptop) you will be able to deactivate. Then, you'll need to go to your Listings manager - click on "Inactive" listings, click to open/edit the one you just deactivated, then simply Publish at the bottom, to reactivate. Then check your shop view to see if the sale price is showing like it should.
Pretty ridiculous to need clumsy workarounds, I know! But at least you'll know what to do when the current issue gets fixed - hopefully soon!
