Sale late in the evening at end of review period not counting toward star seller

I should have qualified for star seller for the review period from Aug-October. I received an order around 10pm the evening of 10/31 that just put me over the $300 requirement, and I already solidly met all of the other requirements before then. It appears this final sale of the review period isn't counting toward my total. When I look at my stats from the "stats" menu, my revenue for the review period is $304.88, but when I look at revenue through the "customer service stats" for the previous review period, it shows my revenue is only $284.88, which is what it would have been without the final sale on 10/31.

Note: I've been selling on Etsy for 10 years, and am very familiar with how star seller works and am quite confident this is a technical glitch due to the timing of the final order during the review period.

Etsy uses the same calculation for everyone, so uses UTC for star seller

anything purchased after 7pm in Wisconsin time, is the next day UTC

anything purchased after 7pm 31st July, your time, would have been included in the November 1st calculation,
anything purchased after 7pm 31st Oct, your time , is included in the next one
