Over the last two months our message response rate has been incorrectly calculated. We always respond to new messages within the first 24 hours. Often we respond within the first few hours of each new message. It appears that etsy isn't counting quick or short responses that we send in reply to the new messages we receive. Has any one else experienced this problem, if so was there any way you figured out to correct the problem.

@PeoplesChampVintage: "We always respond to new messages within the first 24 hours." As pointed out, you have the 'Speedy Replies' badge, but keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
