Etsy falling short to support my email change

I recently lost all access to my email account. I have attempted to reach out to Etsy multiple times. It should be a straight forward process to change the email address. No help from anyone! Not from chat or email support. This is frustrating!

Sorry this is happening to you! 

Did you get responses from Etsy through chat or email, and if yes, did they tell you do to anything? Or did they just tell you to wait for the correct department to get back to you!

How to Change the Email Address on Your Etsy Account – Etsy Help

Use the contact button at the bottom.  Make sure to tell them you don't have access to your old email at all.  They send verification to the old email address.

Etsy may have sent the verification but since you don't have the old email address they don't know that you are unable to access.

If you do have a reply from them, reply back with the issue telling them precisely you do not have access to the old email.

Believe I understand your frustration and wish I could wave a magic wand for you to fix it.  It's maddening.

I tried that via the link they gave when I had the same issue. 6 weeks of NOTHING. I contacted chat and they passed me on to the right team who then emailed me and fixed it the same day. Try chat.

You can try the call back option. When I got a new phone I had problems with the 2FA and a call back option cleared up the problem in 10 min.

I don't have the link and it's a bit hard to find but if you search the forums, you'll find it faster than if you played the merry go round that is the "seller support" area.
