I believe there is a technical issue on ETSY because of the AI bot system.
ETSY thinks that the items we sell are not handmade. They claim that we buy and sell the goods as a resale without any human touch but it is NOT CORRECT!!!!
We have been selling on ETSY more than 4 years and we have a succesfull store with loyal customers. Of course we do buy supplies from china and usa but we do customization on them, we add names, specials designs etc. And also we add some charms next to jewelry according to customers request. All the pictures are belong to us as well. But 3 of our products have been removed by ETSY claiming that they are not handmade. If they would check the product pictures by a HUMAN, they would see that we engrave them with personalization.
We opened a case on ETSY 3 times, added videos and pictures proves that they are handmade and we do assembly and customization on our ATELIER. NO ONE RESPONDED!! And all of the 3 cases closed automaticaly. So we could not find and REAL PERSON to talk and clarify the issue.
Since we had flagged by BOTS already, today we received email saying that our account is SUSPENDED.
I do not understand why it is so hard to put human efford on it. AI bots thinks that my items are not handmade and one morning I wake up and see that I do not have a job anymore.
I know, many shops gets banned by bots more and more everyday for no detailed explanation because bots can not understand it is handmade or not %100. But I never thought that it would be happening to OUR STORE since WE ARE A succesfull seller with good reviews and all of our products are PERSONALIZED!!!!
Is there anyone experiencing this?? I filled the appeal form and sent the videos while making them but I do not trust ETSY help center anymore since there is not any HUMAN talking to me. They are maybe losing a succesful seller like me but they are also losing a customers with this careless attitude..

After about a month of phone calls, chats, and emails with Etsy, my items that Etsy deactivated wrongly have been relisted, my star seller status reinstated and the final policy violation notice removed. You have to be persistent with bugging them. Keep opening new tickets, if they close your other ones. Keep requesting call backs. Keep chatting and sometimes chat takes hours for someone to reply. Eventually, you will get someone to listen.
