Can etsy please get this fixed?!?!? All my shipments from yesterday 3/10 and prior still say Pre-transit on etsy and In-transit on USPS. The "fix" that the etsy engineers implemented did not work. Comment below if you are still having issues with your shipments from yesterday 3/10 thru today 3/11 showing Pre-transit on etsy and In-transit on the carriers website.
@fabricfetish In this large Thread, last two pgs., see posts by the OP PrettyVagrant and JMOldeVintage. It looks like there are still problems with this. And with the bank fiasco, it may have been pushed back as a priority. I hope there will be a fix for all affected.

A couple days ago I gave chat support the pre-transit order numbers and she fixed it while I waited.

Since 03/01. Despite contacting Etsy every day my shipping stats are now at 89% instead of 100%
Exactly my issue. It seems like Etsy does not set as high expectations with their own customer service as they expect us to provide. How can we get them to lose their star seller status. My packages were delivered and they still do not have my stats correct and I am not sure how to get them to fix it. Help!!!1
@ChillwolfArt We will ALL lose that ability next evaluation period if Etsy doesn't fix this fast. A cynic might think they are dragging heels as the upside is less customer service chat reps will be needed.....now my shipping stats are at 89% down from 100% just a week ago.
I just remembered that I read a post that chat was fixing the pre-transit and then the engineering team advised against it. So the investigation must be ongoing.
Yes, they seem to have stopped fixing these for us. Of course, they couldn't have said that at the beginning of the chat session so neither of us had to go through each and every order checking the status.

@SugarTaffySoap Thank You. Yes, that is where it should be if you are a Star Seller. I've had the Chat Button in my Dashboard, bottom Right of page. But as of this month or last (can't remember), I'm no longer a Star Seller. So my Chat Button is gone (I've never had to use it for the duration it appeared however).
That's why for those who do not have the SS Badge, they wouldn't have this Chat Feature in their Dashboard. I can only imagine, perhaps they would have to contact Etsy via email. I don't know.
i'm glad i popped into the forums to check on any bank updates. i had no idea the "pre-transit" issues was a bug. i've had 4 during this month and thought my post office missed scanning in a few of my packages. since they all show as delivered when clicking on the tracking number i didn't realize it was a big issue. never thought about it affecting my customer service/star seller rating.
@ChillwolfArt I was not aware that if you are not a star seller you have no chat. Are you able to contact support through the Help Center (see the link) ??
@ChillwolfArt I have been doing thru the help page as well. Then via the chat option. I copy and paste all the order numbers showing pre-transit that are actually delivered and the support person manually updates them. But as we all know this is not a sustainable solution.
And crazier is if your shop gets put into "reserve" from this it is a eternal never-ending circle as you will not be able to show proof of tracking to get etsy to release the funds with your orders sitting in pre-transit.

@SugarTaffySoap Yes, I tried Community & Help > Contact Us in my Dashboard a while ago, when trying to help another Seller. It did take me to the Help Page. And I believe my end result was to select "I still need help". At the time the other Seller stated they were receiving an endless spinning circle.
As of this morning, I have 8 that show no tracking. 2 are Etsy labels, the rest are PirateShip. Up until this morning I remained at 100% which has dropped to 98%
They'll sort it out. Eventually. It sucks but it's not the end of the world.
I'd rather they focus their efforts on making sure everyone gets their deposit when they are supposed to. That is FAR more important than the star.
I have always shipped on time (shop has been open since 09) but right now I am unfortunately also dealing with this glitch. Currently I have 13 orders showing pre-transit, most of them already delivered (and went out on time). Has my star seller dropped below 95 percent which is really frustrating. I hope they get this fixed soon.
Perhaps if enough lose their SS status, Etsy will get rid of it….which might not be a bad idea.
For those of you on here saying they wouldn't fix/update the status of these orders for you yesterday, try again. I just used the live chat and they manually updated all of my pre-transits to delivered while I was on the chat.

I spent a very frustrating hour on chat today. I twice was asked to identify the issue. I had the sense the agent didn’t know about the ongoing problem. Once it was clear the agent understood the issue I was asked for the order numbers involved. After I provided them, AND after twice being asked to wait while the agent worked on them, I was told it was a known problem (!) and the fix would need to go to the engineers. A wasted hour. If the agent could not fix, why wasn’t that just the message?
I’m down to 92% for April star seller eligibility in the shipping category. Every order I ship compounds the problem.
No “update” from Admin since the one on Friday which was not even accurate. A little communication from Admin would be most welcome!
I'm having problems also with Pre-Transit on my Delivered sales. I have lots of Pre-transit. I need help from Etsy to say they have been delivered.
Wow, this is actually getting worse. I had someone from chat manually change my 4 pre-transits from this month to delivered the other day, thinking everything was fine. Now every single order I mailed off yesterday is listed as pre-transit.
