Can etsy please get this fixed?!?!? All my shipments from yesterday 3/10 and prior still say Pre-transit on etsy and In-transit on USPS. The "fix" that the etsy engineers implemented did not work. Comment below if you are still having issues with your shipments from yesterday 3/10 thru today 3/11 showing Pre-transit on etsy and In-transit on the carriers website.
For those whose Pre-Transits were manually changed, that's great. But from what I'm gathering, any additional orders have put Tracking back in "Pre-Transit" mode. Sellers can't be expected to contact Support with every single sale or batch of orders. This is a major problem and one which needs a permanent fix. And it surely is affecting most Sellers.
I agree the engineers have not fixed the problem - it is still happening. System says no tracking for 3/13 shipping. With all of the orders now erroneously counted as not shipped properly I have officially lost my eligibility for star seller for April unless this gets fixed. And every order I ship compounds the problem.
Whoever is listening at Etsy, please give us a daily update on progress. One message from admin would save thousands of sellers from chasing information!
