STATS page not reporting total sales

My stats page has not been showing dollar sales amount for a few weeks now! Please look into this asap. As sellers, it is important for us to track and document weekly, monthly sales, compare to last year, etc. This is the 3rd week in a row that I have been unable to check or document my stats. I would appreciate a response, thank you!

I just reviewed your stats and they seem normal and accurate to me.

Could you elaborate a bit in the issue? Which stats page and what time frame and what part of the stats exactly? I think a screenshot might be helpful in this case, so we can see what you are seeing and get some context. Thanks!

Hi I am also experiencing the same issue on the Monthly Statement Activity Summary that is found under Finances Section. It is not updating the sales, it is only showing how much expenses i made and giving me a negative number as my profit ( based on only the fees & ads i paid for) but not considering how many sale I made. Like it's leaving out the sales i made when it's calculating the net profit.

@NicelyPrintables  of course it is.

You only have paypal. All your sales funds go through paypal.

Etsy doesn't receive sales funds, so it doesn't go through your payment account.

Therefore it won't show any.
