Timeline of events:
Fri. 07/10/22 08:10hrs buyer makes purchase
Fri. 07/10/22 08:15:30hrs buyer requests to cancel purchase
Fri: 07/10/22 10:34 hrs I respond to seller assuring him that i will refund him straight away and did so sending a follow up email to confirm his order had been cancelled and he had been refunded in full
I have been deducted 6% for not responding within 24 hours yet i responded within 2hours 15 minutes and have 'timed stamped' copies to proove this. I would appreciate your prompt response to this issue and to amend my star rating score.
@PolarBellExpress: "... and did so sending a follow up email ..." But did you also respond to the Etsy message using the message service? A reply via eMail would not count as a reply.

Any chance did you get a message from the buyer AND a HELP request message? If you got both you had to reply to both of them.

To contact Etsy you have to contact them from your dashboard or help section
Where they'll tell her they can't do anything and she should post in the forums...
