Intergrating with Evri (hermes)

Has anyone got issues with Evri? We used to be able to import all our orders with them for posting and now we keep getting an error saying import failed.

We have contacted them and done all they advised and still not working so said to contact Etsy.

Just wondered if anyone else was having the same issue

Yes, exactly the same issue and they told me to open in a different browser and clear cookies but its not made any difference!

yep same here and still not working
