I'm sick of this STAR SELLER nonsense. Right up until today my dispatch time was 97% and today 94!!

I sell flowers, people book delivery dates, often two or three weeks later. I've told Etsy this time over. 

Also Etsy are not offering tracked 24 and don't seem to understand Royal Mail first class isn't tracked!

This gives buyers the wobbles when they see 'pending:.

Im doing everything right and still can't get the badge. And that's before some customers give 4* missing a star because' I didn't personally see the flowers but recipient said they were lovely'

I'm so fed up of Etsy right now.

If people book a delivery date that is past your usual processing time, you can push the shipping date out by upto 3 weeks. Doing this will mean such orders are not shipped late.

You don't have to buy your postage on Etsy -- use your own Click& Drop account to buy Tracked24 -- it will still integrate with Etsy (pull addresses over, mark as shipped, enter tracking)

You can move the ship dates out in your listings. You can do it once per order. That should help

Then don't put much weight into it. You have great sales, a great shop... look at your reviews. Your customers don't buy because you're a "Star seller".... they buy because of you. They made you a 5 star seller and that's enough.....celebrate that!

if you put the code from the shipping label into the tracking field when marking the order complete, Etsy accepts that

1st and 2nd class signed-for Etsy labels for are fine for star seller.  If you want to buy tracked 24/48, buy it on click and drop and enter the tracking number.

If someone buys something from your shop, and wants it delivered later, you can put the shipping date out 3 weeks

The QR number on ordinary mail, is fine for star seller, you don't need tracked.

If you want to purchase 24/48 tracked, do it from Royal mail click and drop, and enter the tracking number onto etsy when you mark as dispatched.
