STAR SELLER BADGE

Can anybody help? I worked so hard to earn Star Seller for August and despite appearing to reach all criteria, I didn't earn the badge and I am devastated.

The dashboard shows --% for on time shipping but I had zero orders that required shipping (all digital sales).

All other requirements were met and, again, I did not have any orders to ship.  

HELP PLEASE!

 --% just means there is no data for it to calculate, it does not mean 0%. 

Did you meet the # of sales and % minimums? 5 sales and $300? If not then you don't qualify for the star badge or any of the individual badges. You have to meet those minimums before being eligible for the rest.

I did meet the sales and revenue requirements. The only new factor here is the shipping calculation showing --% because there is no shipping date to evaluate.

What stats are you looking at?  The past three months?  May, June, July?  If you are looking at the stats as they stand today that is for June and July as May is no longer part.

If your items are only digital and you meet the other requirements, you can get the star seller badge, just not the shipping one.   You may need to ask why because digital means there is no shipping.  And others have gotten the badge I believe. 

(If you have a license for Taylor, I would add it,  Taylor's people do sweeps of Etsy and she trademarks many of her songs and tours)

@MidCountryDesigns  What happened to your Shop?  I clicked and there is a large Banner, but large, empty white space.

I'm still seeing items listed, lots of Barbie, Taylor Swift and Pokemon right at the top

@MidCountryDesigns @audreytherese  This is weird.  I clicked onto your Shop again; now I see everything.  I don't know what happened before.

@MidCountryDesigns: You should include your licensing information in the listings so that no one thinks you are infringing on intellectual property rights or selling what could otherwise be considered counterfeits. For example I can't imagine that Mattel will not be protecting their Barbi trademark with the movie out now.

Thank you for the advice on the listings and licensing. 

But I am really trying to figure out why I wouldn't have qualified for Star Seller when all requirements appear to have been met. I had ZERO items to ship. Please help me make sense of this. You can see my Star Seller dashboard below.
