Met all criteria for Star Seller last week, but did not receive Star Seller badge

On July 26th, I had met all the Star Seller requirements. I had 100% message rate, 5.0 rating, 95% on time tracking, had over 10 sales and well over $300 in sales. All the boxes had a green check mark that said, "Perfect Score!"

When I logged in this morning, I was awarded a badge for message response and rating, but that was it. 

Now the Star Seller dashboard says I have 91% shipping on time and have only sold $197.45. The thing is nothing has changed since last week. My latest order shipped on time, last week. 

Can someone please explain why I didn't get the star seller badge?

@5280Inspired: The numbers currently showing on your Star Seller page are for the September star (data from June, July, and August). The previous period tab will have the stats for the August star (May, June, and July data). You should look at the previous period CSV file for orders to see which orders Etsy thinks were shipped late and / or without tracking. A lot could have changed between July 26th and July 31st.

When you look at the file remember that the dates / times are in UTC not your time zone, an order may not be included until after its scheduled ship by date, and make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.

@BagmakerSupply this is helpful bc I'm having the same issue. I believe I hit all criteria, can you tell me how to download the csv file? I'm not seeing in my seller account where I can download anything, unfortunately.

But that's what I am saying.... I had literally everything at a perfect score since last week, including all day yesterday. I downloaded the CSV files, everything is a yes on them.

Also, since nothing has changed I am wondering why my stats dropped from yesterday to today? It should not matter that it is a new 3 month period, I shouldnt have gone down from 95% on shipping yesterday to 91% percent today when I haven't had an order in a week. I am also thinking my overall sales shouldn't have dropped either, regardless if its a new 3 month period. It makes no sense
