STAR SELLER BADGE, everything earned in past 3 months but lost the badge. PLEASE REVIEW STATUS!

My shop @DrunkAtHome has only 5 star reviews in the last 3 months, 100% message response rate, over $300 and 5 sales and 100% on time shipping. Why did i lose the badge this month?
And how is this the only place to put in an inquiry?

You have no badges at all, which suggests that either your sales over the 3 month assessment period were less than $300 (that figure is based on the price of the item(s) sold only and does not include shipping or taxes) OR it has been less than 90 days since the date of your first sale on Etsy (not from the day you opened your shop, but the date of the first sale).

Make sure you are looking at your stats under the previous review period tab. What is showing on your dashboard now is for the June star.

you need to click on "previous" review period, for the badges showing now

the current review period, are the badges you are currently working towards for 1st June

the $300 does not include what you charge for shipping, or taxes etc

To double check the $300 , go to stats - click revenue, and the date range of 1st Feb-30th April

I'm guessing it's the sales total for Feb - Mar - April that held you up.  You may find out it makes little to no difference, whether you have the stars or not.
