One of my orders is marked as not having a tracking number and not shipped on time , but it does have tracking number and shipped on time . This has reduced my on time shipping & tracking score below the target. How can this be corrected?
It can not be corrected.
Check the tracking carrier from the affected order. This glitch has been going on for years affecting POSTNL and DHL, when adding the correct tracking information when clicking on completion, it has a habit of changing the postal carrier automatically. You should be choosing POSTNL International 3s, but for some reason, some orders will then within 24hrs change this back to POSTNL, leaving your tracking incorrect.
After reporting this way too many times, I found that the only fix was to check orders 24hrs after dispatch in the dashboard, and if the tracking info had automatically switched, click on edit and put it back to POSTNL international 3s, it sticks after the 1st edit and stays correct
You have to select the right shipping type for the order, or the tracking does not match the shipping type, and Etsy does not recognise it
If it was an international order
when you go to the order, look to see if you chose
postnl international 3S
If you chose postnl, or postnl international, it will not be recognised
You actually have the smooth despatch badge, the one you are missing appears to be the Speedy Replies badge and that is what is preventing you from getting the overall badge for the period just ended. You must have missed responding to a message or marking it as spam within the 24 hrs required.
Be sure you are looking at the stats under Previous Tab to see where you fell short. The default display on the SS status page is the Current Period which is for the badge awarded at the beginning of June.
