A friend of mine told me that she was not able to access my Etsy store from my stores' (Miller Creation Designs) link, https://www.etsy.com/shop/MillerCreatioDesigns?ref=seller-platform-mcnav
How can this be resolved? Did I miss something?

does it work if she leaves off everything after your shop name? for example if she tries this link does it work?

another format also works, but once a few years ago a coding change made anything linked this way invalid on pintrest (or any other site). so many sellers complained they actually reversed the change but said the other format is what they will support. that being said, i wouldn’t recommend using it for anything other than a test)
edited to add: i just tried clicking on the link but got an error message so i’ve removed it.
@MillerCreatioDesigns If your friend is have trouble getting to your shop, she can type your shop name into the search bar (but make sure she spells it correctly, without the "n" on Creation) all as one word (no spaces), and click on "Find shops named..." if she can't figure out another way to get to your shop. Here's another (and shorter) form of a shop link that works:
I suspect the issue might have to do with the missing n, but that's just a guess.
That link works fine for me. It's probably an issue with your friend's device, app, or ISP, or a temporary glitch. There doesn't seem to be anything for anyone other than your friend to resolve.
me too, link right up to you....is she using the link or typing it in? you can send her this link in a message, just as you did here...if that doesnt work, it is a problem on her end
your title is missing an N? it is different than your heading...this might be it
The problem has been resolved. Thank you!

Yes, that link did work. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply!
When I was creating my store, the system wouldn't let me put in the 'n'. Go figure!
Also thank you for the shortened link.
She might have automatically entered the n or her system did. That could be why she didn't find.
It's working now! Please disregard my above post.
Thank you,
