I have not used my Etsy shop since COVID. So I can't remember my password. I have tried to change it, but have not received the link in my email. Why not?
Because you have to change the email inside Etsy and it requires the old password? If you are here in the forums, you are logged in. Does your device have a password keeper? Did you write it down someplace?.
