My name is Dawn, and i'm a seller here on etsy. I sell phone cases with a luxury aesthetic vibe.
It's my full time income, i'm unable to work a normal job due to a battle with MS and Etsy really helped my depression and emotional turmoil from this disease. I love to create and build in my business here...unfortunately Etsy took that away from me by suddenly removing my Etsy Shop that was so close to my heart.
I received and email telling me to reset my password, and all seemed well...until I found my account no longer had a Shop!
The sadness I feel is unwordable. I'm shocked...Please if anyone can help me get my Shop Back, I will forever be grateful!
with Love,
-Dawn
What was the name of your shop?
You designed and had phone cases made by a POD?
Have your photos been stolen? If Etsy found the photos elsewhere they may have considered your shop to be reselling.
Did you verify your bank? If you were a new shop and did not verify your bank within a certain number of days then Etsy can ultimately close a shop.
Still did you design the cases? Make the cases? Did you have POD help and was the POD listed.

Anther though upon further reflection? Did the email requesting password reset actually come from Etsy? Did they say there was suspicious activity which is the usual reason. This may not have been an email from Etsy. Or it could be that your shop has been hacked and taken over? Have you searched for your shop to see if this may be the cae. I hope not but all avenues need to be explored.
Are you sure you have not been hacked? The email to reset your password might not have been legitimate as there are lots of scams around at the moment. Etsy would not close your shop because you changed your password.
Have you been in touch with Etsy about it?
Here is Etsy's article:
Did you click a link in an email? Probably a scam and that might have resulted in your shop being shut.

@Frapperie The shops are open.
