SHOP LOCATION - NOT UPDATING

I have an issue with my shop where the for some reason the shop location was blank and it was not before. I have tried to update it but it will not populate a list or let me save anything.

Tried two browsers and cleared cache etc etc and still no luck.

The drop down for locations has not worked properly in some time.  Have you tried writing in the box? 

@ModAngie   The dropdown for locations has not worked in some time for some sellers.  This is the latest post I've seen about this.  Any chance the seller could be helped?  Thank you.

Thank you for your reply, I can type in the box but it does not save anything and leaves the location blank.

have you tried using the mobile app?

It's not the most reliable app but it has come through for me for something else when regular browsers were glitchy.

@GizzyGiftsUK I had the same problem as you where I couldn't update my shop location, and I contacted the support yesterday. Guess what? This morning, my issue was all fixed! If you haven't yet, I would really suggest you reach out to them and see what they can do.
