Running a sale, only some listings are showing on sale

I started running a sale in my shop on October 11th and it's only showing a handful of listings with the sale price. I check sales and discounts and all the listings are selected. Any advice?

You probably have to end it and start it over to get it to work. That would be easier than trying to get Etsy to fix it. (They aren't here in Forums. This is peer support from other sellers.)

Agree with @ChristmasIsLove.. Even if you contacted Etsy, they'd probably tell you to redo it.  You could try pretending to edit the sale, not change anything and click save or whatever the prompt is at the end.  

If you end up redoing, unless you prefer the price slash through with sale price displayed, you could set a minimum of either quantity or amount and then everything is automatically included and you don't have to select items individually or by category.  This has the added advantage of all new and renewed items being automatically included, so you don't have to edit them in.  Disadvantage no slash through and it saying qualifying items get X% off.

I’ve been trying to run a sale as well and it is only showing on some items. I’ve ended the sale and restarted it a few times. I also tried it with different items and still only some are showing on sale.

@MamaBearsTreasureBox: Etsy uses server side caching and some pages like your shop home page may not update for some time - however there are reports of a number of other site issues right now and they may (or may not) have an effect on your problem.

Thanks for your reply. Usually the sale will show up right away or at least within a few minutes. It’s been several hours and it is still not showing up on certain items.
