Run a Sale Does not work at the last step... Technical Glitch?

Hello , 

I am not able to Run a sale on specific listings. I am trying to run a sale on 65 items from same section of my shop.

After I choose all the listings, put in all text, select dates etc. and fix all settings for new sale, When I press the "Confirm and create Sale" button, Nothing happens, It just presses the button runs preloader for 1 second, and the popup dialog box does not close, not activating the sale.  

I tried to setup the same sale from My Etsy seller app, same last step, "Confirm and create sale" Black button takes no action

I get no Error popup or any text, Just button presses and nothing happens. I tried on 3 different devices, Mobile App, 2 browsers,  same issue persist. Etsy Support acknowledged it's a known Bug.

Is anyone else facing same issue ??

Try a different browser.

First you select the sale information such as percentage and duration plus a name for the sale.  When you hit continue, it gives a box asking all listings or select listings.  If you select listings then it goes to the next screen to select the ones you want which could be a section or individual and then mark complete.  Once I hit the complete I get the done screen which I hit done which removes me from the sale.

It could be your browser.  Try a different browser.  It could be you have an extension blocking.

@PrimFun @NanaLetha  He said he tried two browsers on 3 devices and still has the same issue.
