It’s easier for me to list at the post office rather than having to print out labels myself, I still have to post them.
Now with this cyber attack Ive got three international large letters which can’t be sent as they are only sending tracked and signed. Three weeks later ETSY has only charged for standard so it would cost another £5 each letter to send them.I can afford the extra £15. I’ve done this before paid out my own pocket.
so I’m either going to have to wait until Royal Mail get sorted which could take forever knowing these or loose the business, great for my shop.
you can cancel the sales
or use another shipper,
transglobal has good reports here in the forums, for price and service
the price to send is under £5.00. for under 100gm LL, however they do charge another £7.95 for pickup, if you are out of area, but it is per pickup, not per item,
or, you can parcel them up, and use Royal mail parcel to send to their depot, then you only pay RM parcel rate to the London depot, rather than the £7.99 pickup
......
you say ETSY only charged for standard, but it is YOU that is charging the postage, you can put in whatever you want, and you can use whatever shipper you want.
It's all in your hands, your business, your decisions.
