Royal Mail labels via iOS missing vital information

I’m having issues when Etsy creates a Royal Mail label when I’m on my iPad or iPhone; when it creates the PDF to print the label, there are lots of blank spaces where there should be information. If I print using my Windows computer they print out the pdf perfectly. I’ve had a chat with support and he said they haven’t come across this before. 

Everything is up to date tech-related, I’ve cleared browser history and cache etc but made no difference.

I am having the exact same issue even on other platforms! Anyone know how to fix it?

I’m having this issue today. Only shows the address and no postage info such as what class and price and date to send by. Anyone know a fix?

Also having this issue, and struggling to connect my munbyn printer to my windows laptop.  Even old labels that worked fine a week ago are now blank except from the addresses.  I took the labels to the RM delivery office - the clerk scanned them and said they’re on the system and they’re accepted but have an error code too.  The post office accepted the orders though, so I’m just hoping they get there.  But I’m not comfortable or confident sending labels like that, this error needs fixing

I think it’s an iOS issue as mine are fine on windows. 

When I’m using iPad or iPhone I’ve started opening PDFs in Acrobat reader, as that’s the only app that shows all the details, then doing a screenshot of the label and then printing to my label printer. Bit of a pain but works until it’s fixed.

Looks like Apple have fixed the issue, well its ok on my iPad and iPhone now so hopefully working for everyone else!
