I just got a notification on the “Sell on Etsy” app and when I clicked on it, the app opened, but there was nothing new. Glitch? Anyone else have this happen?
No, not yet. That's strange and I hope it's not a new problem. I only use the app for notifications for sales or messages. It's a pain so I don't use it for any real business needs.
Did you check 'your shop's checklist?' Sometimes I can't get that notification to go away without clicking through Etsy announcement items to close them.
