Revising featured listings on website in queue

I've been having this problem for months now. I try to change my listings that are being featured in queue. I arrange them as I like. Click on Done and then Save. When I look at my shop home page, it's unchanged. Sometimes it takes almost 10 minutes to change. Sometimes it doesn't change at all and I am having to keep going back in and change it again and again. Why is this happening? I've even tried signing out and signing back in and still they are not changed. I've tried to clear cookies, cache , etc and still nothing changes immediately. I do this on my laptop btw. Can someone look into this please.

It's been happening for a few years now, not sure if there was ever a fix made.  Sorry ...

This is an ongoing issue that doesn't seem to be a priority with etsy. Sometimes it takes even longer than 10 minutes to appear but I have found that eventually it does show up.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).

As others have mentioned, there have been quite a few threads about this in this forum.

Yes, sometimes it shows up almost immediately.  But usually, it takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.  It seems to have gotten a bit better for me lately.  Since it has been going on for quite some time, it's clearly not near the top of Etsy's to-do list.

Since they keep mucking about with this area of our shops (moving the announcement) and since they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix featured listings, I wouldn't complain too much or they might just do away with featured listings altogether.
