Hi does anyone know if Etsy made changes to how buyers rate and write a review? I have noticed that multiple buyers have not review my products that they have bought.
Not every buyer leaves a review. Maybe about a 1/3 of them do, give or take.
Buyers have 100 days from the date of delivery to write a review, so some of your buyers may still leave one.
Maybe. I notice it comes in waves. Lots of reviews within a week and then nothing for weeks. Could it be about when Etsy prompts a buyer to review ?
@FindingsByLynda not only does Etsy prompt buyers to leave reviews, they nag and nag and nag.
We are 'encouraged' to leave reviews everywhere. No wonder people are less inclined to leave them.
