How long after a customer receives an item can they leave a review?

I am not sure of the number of days.  I have purchased two items from a shop.  Shipped together.  One I could leave a review right away.  The other I had to wait 10 days.

The review window opens after the processing + estimated delivery time has passed. Buyers have 100 days to leave a review, or edit one already left if the seller has not responded. It's my experience that marked delivered doesn't change that time. I've had buyers leave reviews on received orders that are still notated as still 'in transit'. As a buyer, I've also been blocked from reviewing because the item arrived early.

I think this may have changed recently. I've been getting reviews for items I shipped before their estimated shipping date and delivered before that same date and a review is left that same day. I have a 3-5 processing.

I'm seeing more reviews in the past month or so than I saw for a long time because people had to wait. I'm not sure they do now or if the wait time is shorter. 

It's Etsy. What was correct one day may be opposite the next day. I stopped trying to figure them out years ago. There are much better ways to fry brain cells than try to decipher what Etsy is up to now.
