When trying to access my reviews and purchases I'm getting a message Sorry we're having trouble loading your recent purchases. This has been going on since yesterday.
Don't use the app.
I get the same message on my computer. I tried logging out and logging back in
Mine loads okay albeit a little slow. Have you checked your internet/router? We sometimes have issues with internet speed and strength here and that might affect it. (But just guessing)
@littledebskis Are you doing this using an Etsy app or via browser? (It makes a difference in what the problem might be and potential solutions.)
I've been having that same problem for over a month. I can't write a review on my purchase and the notification to review my purchase never goes away. I hope there's a solution. Etsy should look into that !
