My wife had been having problems with quantities in her shop, so I created a new shop with two listings and 4 or 5 variations of each listing. In a web browser, the correct quantities of each variation are displayed, but with the mobile app, the quantity shown for every variation is the same number, which is the quantity for the variation with the highest quantity.
I then went to a shop that I know has been working correctly and making sales, ChrisKnitsAndMore.
On the website, under the shop's "Cheery Handmade Felt Dolls," you can buy just 1 of the "Rag Doll / Eggshell" variety.
But in the app, you can supposedly buy 1 or 2 of this particular item. Trying to add 2 to your cart does generate an error, though.
What's up? And how can this be fixed?
Is the price $20 or more?
If only the app is showing a problem, then it's a problem with the app and you can't fix it.
@JohnsRocketsAndMore I can confirm, I'm seeing exactly as you described on laptop vs. the Buyer app.
