I had a review which brought our shop rating down to 4.7 from 4.8 . It was them removed, but more than 24 hours have passed and it is still 4.7 and hasn’t gone back up to 4.8. I’ve had no further reviews since.
Your overall shop rating is currently 4.75. Remember that it's a rolling average, so as you gain new reviews, the old ones past ago 12 months are not counted. This could explain this discrepancy you are seeing.
Thank you for your reply. I know it’s based on an average, but this latest review that took it lower was removed, so in theory this should go back to 4.8?
