Review greyed out?

For some reason a review a customer has left today is greyed out? The customer’s name is greyed out and stars etc. The customer exists, so I have no idea what this means. Any ideas?

I went thru your reviews back to October and see no greyed out reviews.

I don't know if this is the same thing, but there are two reviews showing on my Dashboard - both are 5 stars and show in my shop that way, but on the dashboard one has the 5 stars filled in and the other just shows 5 gray stars.  I had this happen once before but they always show up in my shop as 5 stars.  The customer's name is not grayed out on the dashboard.

@mommawhazelsquilts   I didn’t think to look at the reviews on my actual shop home page (idiot that I am) and of course, thankyou, it’s there and it’s fine. It is greyed out on my dashboard, but I no longer care about that. Thanks to @NanaLetha too for helping me with this.

I have also been getting the grayed out reviews. When I am on my phone, it shows that people left 5 stars with nice feedback written. When I am on my computer, it shows the same review grayed out with no feedback attached to it.

@KarlasCraftsWell, that's very weird. My review was entirely greyed out on my dashboard (customer name and 5 stars) but normal on actual shop page, i.e. customer name, pic and 5 stars - no comment left). Same whether on phone or laptop.

edited to add: I just looked at your most recent reviews and they're all normal looking (on my laptop anyway - I haven't checked from my phone).
