Review Technical Issues

I have now had two buyers in the past few weeks leave a review that is showing as 4 stars but when I follow up with them to see if there were any issues they are shocked and say that they love their items and thought they left 5 stars. One of these buyers bought three items and it did show as 5 stars on one out of the three. Is this a known Etsy technical glitch? Is there anything to do about it?

@SimplyByShayla   I thought there were cases with an older Etsy App, where Buyers were not given the option to leave 5 Stars (4 was the highest they were shown).  *Someone correct me if wrong.

I've always felt in situations such as these, it was not an accurate Review (should the Buyer intend to give 5 Stars).

I have read about this as well and was wondering if this was still the case! I completely agree, I'm totally fine with 4 stars if that was their intention but if their intention was 5 stars I feel it should be corrected.
