Review Stars glitch?

I just has a customer tell me that she TRIED to click on the 5 stars for my review but there is some kind of glitch and it would not Allow her to click on 5 stars!! I came here to see if anyone else is having this issue! Etsy is not letting my customer leave 5 star review so she left only 4 stars!

Was she using the app? Known glitch.

Have her go back and change it using a computer or the browser.

I never heard of this before, I feel awkward asking her to try it but it really affects our shop ratings!

Advise her to use a browser instead of the app

One of my buyers told me last year that her app won't let her leave anything higher than 4 stars for reviews. She has to go on a computer to leave 5 stars.
