So I downloaded the buyer (orange) app after reading some concerning posts about some shops' listings not being visible on the app. Mine are, thankfully (& I feel *really* frustrated for those that aren't)! My issue is that a review I posted a response to doesn't show my reply. It's there on desktop & mobile site but not the app. This isn't good considering how many buyers use the app. Makes me look unprofessional & like I don't care enough to respond.
Is this the same for everyone else? Just another sub-par feature of the app we have to accept? (Like shipping upgrades not being visible) Or a glitch? Why do Etsy continue to encourage buyers to install an app that isn't fit for purpose?

I see your replies when I look on the app too. The most recent replies I see are dated October 22 and October 15.
Ahh, they're visible in the Reviews tab but not in the reviews on the listings. Not sure how that makes any sense but thank you both for looking
