Hi, I’m writing because I’m at my wit’s end and hoping for any advice or similar experiences. Recently, Etsy suspended my shop without any explanation. Now, they’ve forced my shop into “vacation mode” without warning or any idea of what I can do to resolve this.
What’s really insane is that Etsy has no support available to help during such a critical time. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times with no response. With the holiday season approaching, this is incredibly frustrating and feels like a huge blow to my business.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any insights or advice would be so helpful. Thank you!
